Resolv participated in the marketing event during the MoU signing ceremony between Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. and Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. on 27 June 2007. The event was held at SME Technopreneur Centre Cyberjaya. Together with the signing ceremoney was an exclusive showcase of the technologies and services provided by the selected companies.

The Guest of Honour was the Secretary General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Y.Bhg Dato' Wan Abdul Aziz Wan Abdullah, who was invited to witness the MoU signing ceremony. Other VIPs include CEOs/MDs of Multinationals in Cyberjaya.

Resolv showcased advanced sensing and RFID technologies as well as its integrated Tenancy Management System (TMS). The TMS solution leverages on the information gathered from the sensors and RFID to streamline the operation of property management.

Resolv has secured the IT outsourcing deal for Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd (MAVCAP), wholly owned by Ministry of Finance Inc. Resolv's network and infrastructure division will provide onsite IT support for MAVCAP for a period of 4 years with the option to extend another 4 years. The outsourcing deal allows MAVCAP to focus on their core business while Resolv supports their operation with a pool of committed and experienced technical resources.

Resolv received overwhelming response for its first marketing event on "Discover how to share and leverage information and services across organizational boundaries using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)".

The event was held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Sentral Exchange. Insightful experiences were shared by the speakers and very good feedbacks were given by the participants. Resolv will organise a bigger event subsequently to cater for more participants.

Resolv will be organizing a seminar with Software AG on 21 September 2006. The seminar name is "Discover how to share and leverage information and services across organizational boundaries using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)".

The event will be held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Sentral Exchange, Level 6, from 0900 hours to 1145 hours. The targetted audience include government ministries, agencies and government linked corporations

The objective of the event is to provide insights into the challenges of enabling information sharing among organisations and technologies that are available to assist in such initiatives.

MAVCAP, a fully owned subsidiary of Ministry of Finance, Malaysia, invested in Resolv on 25 May 2005. Resolv also obtained the MSC Status and set up R&D centre in Cyberjaya to develop and provide products and services.

The R&D activities will be focused on developing scalable and extensible ICT infrastructure to support organisations in leveraging their existing investment and create new values by tapping on the availability of new technologies.

Resolv is actively pursueing partnership with local Malaysian system integrators to accelerate customer engagement. Most of these system integrators are solution providers of enterprise customers and government ministries. Resolv has very good solutions for the same customer group. The partnership should generate significant traction among the customers and create values for all parties.

Resolv is currently engaging a reputable institution to provide strategic investment. The investment will help Resolv Technologies to focus on open source solutions for the Malaysian Industry. Resolv has the technical competency required to provide design, deployment and support for open source products and components.

Resolv forms a partnership with KnowledgeBaze to provide solutions for NAPIC. This partnership creates synergies in KnowledgeBaze's data warehousing capabilities and Resolv's integration expertise. Both companies will gain from the engagement and the first milestones will be the deliverying of the NAPIC project.
