As represented by the package name, Essential is an IT services package from Resolv that provide services which are necessary for SMEs in order for them to comply with the standard management of an IT infrastructure.
Essential addresses the following IT Services Management layers:

OPERATIONAL
Management of configurations for PCs, Notebooks, Printers, and Smart Phones

INFRASTRUCTURE
Configuration management of the infrastructure servers and troubleshooting Window’s based services

BACK OFFICE
Facilitating backup activities for in-house 3rd Party Backup Software; performing servers backup using Windows Backup facility; performing servers file backup for documents and folders
Subscription to RESOLV Essential service package will ensure that your organisation IT infrastructure is being managed by IT professionals that are part of an organization that is fully focused in IT outsourcing for SMEs.
 

 Service Level Agreement

Fortnightly visits to resolve non-critical IT issues and performing health check and preventive maintenance.

Fortnightly visits to performed/facilitating backup off the Email server, Active Directory, and File Servers.

8:30 am – 5:30 pm phone support via Resolv Careline: 1-300-888-ITO

8:30 am – 5:30 pm ad-hoc onsite support with 4hrs lead time (additional charges apply)

Service ticket and service log for every reported issues compiled and submitted on a monthly basis.

Covers PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Smart Phones, and infrastructure servers (MS-Active Directory, MS-Exchange, and File Servers)

Investigate and advise for issues related to environments that are managed by 3rd Party Vendor (i.e. Internet Services, Application Server or clients, Hardware service centre, and etc.). Resolution will be carried out by the 3rd Party Vendor.

Cost plus 8% on all IT asset procurement via Resolv (optional)
